Domestic Shipping (Japan): Free (Excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa). Hokkaido and Okinawa: 500 JPY.

International Shipping: An international shipping fee will be charged at checkout based on the destination. Please note that a different designated carrier will be used for international deliveries.
Customs Duties and Import VAT (Important for UK & International Orders) For deliveries outside Japan, the displayed amounts (product price and shipping fee) do not include UK Import VAT (Value Added Tax), customs duties, or customs clearance fees. If such charges are incurred upon arrival in the UK or your destination country, they are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient). Products will be delivered through an international carrier, and you may be required to pay these duties and fees directly to the carrier at the time of delivery. Tax amounts vary significantly depending on the destination country and product category. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office (e.g., HM Revenue & Customs in the UK) prior to purchasing.

Convenience Store Payment: Payment must be completed by 23:59, two days after the date of the order. (Fee: 356 JPY)

Bank Transfer: Payment must be completed within 7 days of the order. (Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.)

Electronic Money (LINE Pay, PayPay, Merpay): Payment is finalized at the time the order is confirmed.

Deferred Payment (Paidy): Payment is due by the 10th of the following month according to Paidy's instructions.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Please pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery personnel upon receiving the product.
Delivery Time Products will be shipped within one week (7 business days) after the order and payment are confirmed. Made-to-order products will be shipped within one month. We take every precaution regarding product inventory and delivery schedules; however, in rare cases, a product may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations (UK Consumers) Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.
Important Notes for Vintage Items: Because our products are pre-owned vintage items, there may be minor stains or signs of wear. The actual color may differ slightly from the images due to lighting, and there may be slight manual measurement discrepancies.
Your Statutory Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period): Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are a resident of the UK, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

Return Costs for Change of Mind: If you exercise your right to cancel for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, fit/size), you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods internationally to Japan.
Faulty Goods: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your goods are fundamentally faulty, you have the right to a full refund if you notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. In such cases of verified faults, we will bear the return shipping costs.
Conditions for Return & Diminished Value: For any return, items must be returned to us without undue delay.
- We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. (e.g., if the product has been worn outside, altered, cleaned, or if original packaging, brand tags, bags, or accessories are missing or damaged).
- Products that have acquired odors or new stains after arrival will not be eligible for a full refund.
