From Yohji Yamamoto +NOIR, which has pursued the beauty of form that blends into everyday life with black as its core, we would like to introduce a standout piece with exquisite patterning.
A special piece that boldly overlays dots onto a classic Glen check-style woven pattern, adding rich movement to this quiet monochrome through diagonal switching and an uneven hemline.
The fabric is a blend of 60% polyester and 40% wool. With the calm, composed character unique to a wool blend, it is finished with a texture that makes it easy to maintain a constructed silhouette. Based on a fine grid pattern in black to charcoal gray, large dots that evoke light gray and off-white float throughout, allowing traditional patterning and abstract graphics to coexist in an elegant, well-balanced manner.
