艶を控えめにたたえたツイル調の生地に、バッグやグローブ、パンプス、傘、アイウエアなどパリジェンヌの小物が愛らしく配され、黒のフレームが図案全体をきりりと引き締めるこちらの逸品。
縁は細く端正に処理されている為、結び目が厚くならず首元で形がすっと決まり、斜めに畳んで三角巻きにしても、細く折ってタイのようにしても、絵柄の一部が必ず表情として立ち上がりますね。
ベースは落ち着いた明るさで、上に重なる小物の赤や金のアクセントが控えめに映えるため、巻いたときに顔まわりが華やぎ過ぎず上品に整います。
図案は手書き風のフランス語で名称が添えられ、ヒールの曲線や金具の輝きまで丁寧に描き分けられており、四隅でモチーフの密度を変えることで、どの角度でも画が途切れにくい設計と言えます。
黒い外枠が額縁の役割を果たすため、首に巻いたときだけでなく肩から垂らした際にも全体がすっきり見え、写真にも現実にも映えるところが魅力ですね。
