How to use

Depending on the application,
There are two ways to use this service.

Easy estimate by sending DM photo

Just send us information about the item via Instagram or contact us and we will give you an estimate.

Recommended for those who want to know the simple estimate first.

How to Use

1. Send us a DM with information about the item you want to sell, including the brand, size, whether it is damaged, and photos (whole item, back, tag, etc.)
・Additional information you would like to recommend (optional)

2. MOOD will contact you with the estimated price

3. Ship the item to MOOD cash on delivery

4. Once the item arrives, the payment will be made the next day at the earliest. * If there is any damage that was not mentioned in the photos and information sent in the DM, the assessed value may change.

5. If you cancel after seeing the final appraisal amount, we will return the item (shipping costs will be paid by us)

Appraisal in cardboard boxes

Simply send the items together to MOOD and we will appraise them.

Recommended for those who want to sell in bulk and don't want to bother taking photos of each item.

How to Use
