MOOD Store Credit Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out how store credit granted by Fullginmin LLC (hereinafter, “the Company”) is handled on the online store “MOOD” operated by the Company (mood-by-link.com; hereinafter, the “Store”).
Article 1 (Store Credit)
Store credit refers to electronic credit recorded in the customer’s MOOD account that may be used for purchases at the Store. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used outside the Store.
Article 2 (Grant)
The Company grants store credit in the following cases.
- Receipt of payment for home-delivered purchase orders — If, when applying for a purchase via home delivery, you select store credit as the method of receipt and agree to the appraised amount, the Company will grant the amount obtained by adding the Company’s predetermined premium (currently, an increase of 20% over the final appraised amount) to the final appraised amount promptly after the purchase is finalized.
- Exclusive member benefits — For customers who satisfy the conditions for exclusive members separately set by the Company, the Company grants store credit at the Company’s predetermined rate (currently 3%) of the purchase amount.
- Campaigns, etc. — In addition to the above, the Company may grant store credit as a campaign or benefit determined by the Company.
The conditions for granting store credit, the premium, and the benefit rate may be changed by advance notice. Changes apply from the store credit granted after the change.
Article 3 (Expiration)
- Store credit expiration periods are as follows depending on the reason for the grant:
- Store credit granted as receipt of payment for home-delivered purchase orders: No expiration
- Store credit granted as an exclusive member benefit: 365 days from the date of grant
- Store credit granted through campaigns, etc.: Depends on the information provided at the time of grant (if no term is specified, there is no expiration)
- Store credit with an expiration period will become void once the term has passed, and we will not restore, compensate, or refund it for any reason.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, the Company may, by advance notice, set or change the expiration period for store credit to be granted in the future. Even in such cases, the expiration period of store credit already granted before the notice will not be changed.
- In the event that the requirements of Article 9 (Account Termination) are met, store credit will become void.
Article 4 (How to Use)
- Store credit may be used as a credit toward the order amount (including shipping fees) when purchasing products at the Store.
- You may use store credit multiple times, within the available balance.
- You may use it together with other discounts such as coupons (if it cannot be used together, it will be shown on the checkout screen).
Article 5 (Prohibition of Cash Redemption and Refunds)
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank account, or refunded by any other method.
- For home-delivered purchases, you may not change the receipt method from store credit to a bank account transfer after the purchase is finalized (changes upon a request made before the purchase is finalized are permitted).
Article 6 (Prohibition of Transfer, etc.)
Store credit belongs to the customer’s account personally, and may not be transferred, lent, shared, pledged, or used for the purpose of cash redemption.
Article 7 (Handling in Case of Returns, Refunds, or Order Cancellation)
- If a refund arises for an order where you paid all or part of the price using store credit, the refund for the applicable portion will be made using store credit.
- For store credit granted in connection with a purchase, such as exclusive member benefits, if the applicable order is returned or canceled, the granted store credit will be revoked (if already used, adjustments may be made through offsetting with the next granted portion, etc.).
Article 8 (Revocation and Expiration)
If any of the following applies, the Company may revoke the store credit already granted (including any portion already used) and may request repayment of an amount equivalent to it.
- If there was any falsification in the home-delivered purchase application or identity verification of the person
- If it is determined that the items subject to the home-delivered purchase are stolen goods or other items sold without any legitimate rights
- If store credit is obtained or used by improper means
Article 9 (Account Termination)
If a customer deletes their MOOD account, or if the Company suspends or deletes the account based on these Terms and Conditions, any store credit that has not yet been used will become void.
Article 10 (Changes to the Terms and Conditions)
The Company may change these Terms and Conditions within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations. The revised Terms and Conditions take effect from the time they are posted on the Store. However, changes that are disadvantageous to customers will not apply to store credit already granted.
Article 11 (Inquiries)
