With the concept of “shoes you can wear even 30 years from now,” chausser is a footwear brand developed by Japanese designer Yoichi Maeda. The shoes created through artisans’ handcraft and carefully selected premium materials become more familiar to your feet the more you wear them, and are known for deepening the wearer’s own distinctive character through aging.
What we present this time is the “Plain-toe Engineer Leather Boots,” which preserves the rugged appeal of work boots while showcasing the refined elegance unique to chausser.
The upper is crafted from the finest oil-finished leather, prized for its smooth luster and deep, textured unevenness. The color is a dark brown with depth and warmth; as you wear them, the wrinkles and marks that develop become beautiful and transform into a distinctive character, letting you enjoy a unique vintage feel. The toe is rounded yet refined with a clean plain-toe design, lending an intelligent nuance to engineer boots that can otherwise feel rugged. Sturdy brass buckle belts placed on the instep and the upper part of the shaft catch the muted, antique-gold shine characteristic of brass, creating a high-quality accent that tightens the overall look.
The sole features a Vibram half rubber sole known for excellent durability and grip. The design is crafted to combine the beauty of a leather sole with excellent walking performance and practicality. On the underside of the sole, along with the brand inscription, the words “MADE IN JAPAN” are embossed, allowing you to feel the careful workmanship and reliable Japanese craftsmanship.

"Paydi's deferred payment" is a service that allows you to shop immediately with just the input of your email address and phone number. Payments can be made by convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit by the 10th of the following month.
For regular convenience store payments and bank transfers, shipping will occur after payment confirmation. Therefore, using Paydi's deferred payment option allows for relatively faster shipping.
