Founded in Rome in 1960, Valentino Garavani has elevated couture elegance and dramatic ornamentation into modern luxury, and we are pleased to introduce an extremely rare piece in which artisanal clasp embellishments, lace, leather, and fringe intertwine.

Built on a black leather base, it combines delicate lace, three-dimensional flower appliqués, and long flowing leather fringe to infuse a bohemian dynamism into the silhouette of a classical evening bag.

The top features a sheer construction with a light-beige base fabric overlaid by black cord lace; the lace's fine floral pattern softly reveals the skin and background, creating depth and shading that cannot be achieved with black alone, and the bag itself exudes a jewelry-like presence.

The lower edge of the lace features three-dimensional floral motifs; rather than a flat pattern, petals and leaves appear to rise, giving a couture house handcraft nuance, and their natural connection to the black leather portion beautifully balances sweetness and strength.

The lower leather portion is a matte black, with thick stitch-like decorations along the softly rounded body line, and from beneath hangs a very long fringe that sways with movement when held, creating a rhythm even in a still state as if part of the garment.
