From Dior, which is believed to be a tailor label originating in Bangkok’s Silom area, we would like to introduce a standout piece with refined formal design.
Centered on a lustrous shawl collar, this is tailored to deliver the quiet, elegant glamour characteristic of a tuxedo jacket.
The outer fabric features a matte-leaning texture that reads from black to a very deep charcoal black. Although the composition is not indicated, based on the images, it appears to be a worsted wool—or a wool blend—with a calm, understated look. A satin-like sheen is added to the lapels, the openings of the chest pockets and waist pockets, and the covered (tortoiseshell-style) buttons, creating depth even within the same black through differences in texture.
The front is a one-button design with a shawl collar.
