Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Final Due to the exclusive and pre-owned nature of our vintage items, all sales at MOOD are final. As a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than a critical initial product defect or if you received an entirely incorrect item.
Important Notes Regarding Vintage & Secondhand Items: Before making a purchase, please carefully review the product descriptions and photos, and be aware of the following:
- Due to the nature of pre-owned and vintage items, there may be rare instances of minor stains, scratches, or signs of wear that are not explicitly detailed.
- The actual color of the product may differ slightly from the images due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
- As measurements are taken manually, please allow for slight discrepancies in size.
Exceptions for Returns (Defective or Incorrect Items): If you believe you have received a fundamentally defective item or an item that differs significantly from its description (e.g., completely wrong product), please contact us at info@mood-by-link.com within 7 days of receiving the product. When contacting us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect. If a return is authorized due to our error, we will provide you with further instructions and bear the return shipping costs.
Items Strictly Not Eligible for Return (No Exceptions): Even in the case of a claimed defect, we will completely refuse the return and refund if any of the following apply:
- Products that show any signs of having been worn, used, altered, or cleaned by the customer.
- Products that have acquired odors (e.g., perfume, smoke), stains, or have been damaged after delivery.
- Products with missing or damaged original packaging, brand tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, or any included accessories.
- Returns based on personal preference regarding the fit, size, or slight color variation of the product.
- Returns for personal reasons, customer convenience, or buyer's remorse (e.g., "change of mind" or "found a better price").
Refund Process: If your return is approved and the item is received and inspected by our team to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that original shipping costs and any incurred customs duties/import taxes are non-refundable.
