70's Horsebit detailed ivory vest
Since its founding in 1945, CELINE has established itself as a French maison through its refined presence and exceptional craftsmanship. We are pleased to present this exquisite piece, where iconic details truly shine.
Against a soft ivory outer fabric, gold-toned accents are thoughtfully placed throughout. The harmonious union of the carriage motif that symbolizes the Maison and the meticulous tailoring makes this piece truly stand out.
The outer fabric appears to be leather with a delicate grain texture. With age, it develops a creamy tinge into an off-white tone, creating depth that is characteristic of vintage pieces. A V-neck cut deeper at the front, along with vertical paneling and multi-row stitching, keeps the silhouette streamlined around the body, while adding a structured impression to the lightness of this sleeveless design.
On the front, gold-toned buttons are engraved with the carriage design.
