Service Providers and Search/Recommendation Processing In addition to the processors already described in this Policy, we use Google Cloud Vertex AI Search for Commerce (operated by Google LLC) as a service provider to power site search and product recommendations. This arrangement is a "service provider" relationship under the CCPA/CPRA and equivalent "processor" relationship under Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia privacy laws. Google LLC does not sell or share the data we provide to it for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use it to train general-purpose models made available to other customers. No additional opt-out is required for this processing beyond the opt-out rights already described in this Article 14.
3. Children's Privacy Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, nor do we knowingly sell or share such information.
