Shipping Policy
Delivery Schedule & Processing Time As a general rule, orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days after your payment is successfully confirmed. Our standard fulfillment operations run on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays) for orders placed up to the previous day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that depending on the volume of orders (such as during sales periods or busy seasons), processing and delivery may take longer than usual. We ask for your understanding in advance.
Product Inventory & Out of Stock Items We take every precaution regarding inventory management and delivery schedules. However, as we deal with unique, one-of-a-kind vintage items, in rare cases, a product may be sold out simultaneously on another platform. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly as soon as the situation is confirmed, cancel your order, and issue a full refund. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Shipping to Hokkaido and Okinawa: Flat rate of 500 JPY.

International Shipping: The shipping fee will be automatically calculated at the checkout screen based on the destination and package weight. Please confirm the exact shipping amount there before finalizing your order.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Fees (For Deliveries Outside Japan) For all international deliveries outside of Japan, the displayed amounts at checkout (product price and shipping fee) do not include customs duties, import consumption taxes, or customs clearance fees. If such charges are incurred upon the package's arrival in your country, they are entirely the responsibility of the customer (recipient). Products will be delivered by an international shipping carrier, and you may be required to pay these customs duties and other related fees directly to the carrier at the time of delivery or prior to release from customs. Tax amounts vary significantly depending on the destination country, region, and type of product. For more details, please contact your local customs office directly before placing an order.
Refusal to Pay Customs Duties: Please be strongly advised that if you refuse to pay the required customs duties or import taxes, and the package is consequently returned to us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping costs, any return shipping fees, and any additional customs charges or penalties incurred by MOOD. These amounts will be strictly deducted from any potential refund. In cases where the return costs exceed the item's value, the package may be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once a package has been handed over to the carrier and the tracking status is marked as "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout, MOOD is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and accurate. If you experience an issue with a lost or damaged package during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
