Due to an update to the system used by MOOD, there is now a new way to log in to your account.
The main changes are as follows:
1. The login method will change to "one-time code system"
The previous login method of "email address + password" has been changed to a new method where you no longer need a password and instead log in using a "one-time code sent to your registered email address."
When you enter your email address to log in, a verification code will be sent to your registered email address, so please enter that code to log in.
2. You can continue to use your existing account information.
Please rest assured that your current account information (order history, registered address, points, etc.) will remain the same and you will be able to continue using your account even after this change. There is no need for you to take any new steps.
3. Social login (Google/Facebook)
With this update, we now support the "social login" function using Google accounts and Facebook accounts.
[Important Notice to Existing Customers]
If the email address you use for social login (the email address registered with Google or Facebook) is different from the email address you registered with our store, it will be recognized as a new, separate account .
In this case, your past order history will not be displayed.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we recommend that existing customers continue to use the ``email address login (one-time code method)'' as before.
