Members-only pre-sale
In the usual MOOD, new products are available for sale after a certain period following the announcement of their release, but exclusive members can purchase immediately after the product is listed on the site.
How to Use
Please log in with an account that has exclusive membership rights and access the target product page.
Instead of the usual "Coming Soon" button, a "Add to Cart" button will be displayed. Please proceed with the purchase as usual.
3% Credit Granted on Purchase Amount
After the payment for your order, you will receive store credit equivalent to 3% of the purchase amount (including tax) for use in payments at MOOD each time.
You can use it for payments from the next time onward.
How to use
Store credit will be automatically granted after placing an order with an account that has membership and completing the payment process. An email will be sent at the time of granting, so please check there for details.
At your next order, you can select store credit as your payment method.
The granted store credit balance can be checked from your account's profile page.
Notes
- The validity period of the store credit is one year from the date of issuance.
- Store credit can only be used at MOOD.
- Store credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- The service may be terminated without notice.

Experience a special service as if a concierge is attending to you in front of a showcase just for you while you are at home.
This is a special online customer service opened just for you.
From checking delicate details that cannot be captured in photos, to size consultations, personal styling, and item suggestions.
MOOD staff will respond carefully one-on-one.
Take a break from your busy daily life and enjoy a rich moment finding a special outfit while relaxing at home.
How to use
- Event date and time: Every Saturday from 15:00 to 19:00
- Reservation slot: Up to 40 minutes per session
- Reservation period: From 1 month to 24 hours before
