Domestic Shipping (Japan): Free (Excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa). Hokkaido and Okinawa: 500 JPY.

International Shipping: An international shipping fee will be charged at checkout based on the destination. Please note that while domestic deliveries are handled by Yamato Transport, a different designated carrier will be used for international deliveries.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important for International Orders) For deliveries outside Japan, the displayed amounts (product price and shipping fee) do not include customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees. If such charges are incurred upon arrival in your country, they are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient). Products will be delivered through an international carrier, and you may be required to pay these duties and fees directly to the carrier at the time of delivery. Tax amounts vary significantly depending on the destination country, region, and product category. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office prior to purchasing.
Payment Methods and Timing [Available for International & Domestic Orders]

Credit Card: Payment is finalized at the time the order is confirmed.

Convenience Store Payment: Payment must be completed by 23:59, two days after the date of the order. (Fee: 356 JPY)

Bank Transfer: Payment must be completed within 7 days of the order. (Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.)

Electronic Money (LINE Pay, PayPay, Merpay): Payment is finalized at the time the order is confirmed.

Deferred Payment (Paidy): Payment is due by the 10th of the following month according to Paidy's instructions.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Please pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery personnel upon receiving the product.
Please note that cancellations cannot be made once an order has been successfully placed.
Delivery Time Products will be shipped within one week (7 business days) after the order and payment are confirmed. Made-to-order or customized products will be shipped within one month. We take every precaution regarding product inventory and delivery schedules; however, as we deal with unique one-of-a-kind items, in rare cases, a product may be sold out simultaneously on another platform. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund. We ask for your understanding in advance. Please note that international transit times will vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations
Important Notes for Vintage & Secondhand Items: Because our products are pre-owned vintage items, please be aware of the following before purchasing:
- There may rarely be minor stains, scratches, or signs of wear that are not explicitly detailed.
- The actual color of the item may differ slightly from the images due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
- Since measurements are taken by hand, there may be slight discrepancies in size.
Return Policy: Except in cases of a critical initial product defect or if you received the incorrect item, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.
If you believe you have received a fundamentally defective or incorrect item, please contact us. If a return is authorized due to our error, we will provide further instructions and bear the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions):
- Products that have been used, worn, altered, or cleaned by the customer.
- Products that have acquired odors, stains, or have been damaged after arrival.
- Products missing their original packaging, security tags, brand tags, dust bags, or any included accessories.
- Returns related to the fit, size, or slight color variations of the product.
- Returns due to customer convenience (e.g., change of mind, buyer's remorse).
Claim Period for Defects: If there is a severe issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
